Using Full Days
Full Days is developed and published by Sage Root LLC. By downloading or using Full Days, you agree to these terms. You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes to create recordings, reminders, check-ins, transcripts, translations, and related content.
Your content
You retain ownership of the recordings and other content you create. You are responsible for having permission to record, transcribe, translate, or share other people and their information. Recording and consent laws vary by location.
Backups and data loss
Full Days is designed to store recordings on your device and, when enabled, protect eligible data through your private iCloud account. No storage system is infallible. You are responsible for maintaining additional exports or backups of irreplaceable recordings. To the extent permitted by law, Full Days is not responsible for loss caused by device failure, deletion, unavailable iCloud service, account issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Automated features
Transcriptions and translations are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions.
Reminders and check-ins
Full Days is not an emergency response, medical monitoring, fall-detection, or caregiving service. Notifications can be delayed, disabled, or missed. If someone may be in danger, contact local emergency services directly.
Purchases and availability
Purchases and refunds are handled through Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Features may change as the app improves. We may suspend access to externally provided features when needed for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, or service availability.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate another person’s privacy or rights, or use it to create or distribute unlawful content.
Disclaimer and limitation
Full Days is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfect transcription, translation, notification delivery, or data preservation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
