Our approach
Full Days is developed and published by Sage Root LLC. It is designed to help you record and preserve personal stories while keeping you in control of your information. This policy explains what the app accesses, where information is stored, and when limited information may be processed to provide a feature you request.
Recordings and iCloud
Your voice recordings and app library are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud protection, eligible app data is backed up or synchronized through your private Apple iCloud account. Full Days does not operate a central server that stores your recording library, and we cannot access or restore your private iCloud content.
Transcription and translation
When you request transcription or translation, the information needed to perform that request may be securely sent to third-party service providers. Audio may be processed when transcription is requested; transcript text may be processed when translation is requested. These services are used only to return the feature you selected. Automated results may contain mistakes, so important text should be reviewed.
Device permissions
- Microphone and speech recognition: used to record and transcribe memories when you choose.
- Contacts: used on-device to help you select important people or phone numbers. Full Days does not upload your address book.
- Notifications: used to deliver reminders and check-in prompts you configure.
- Face ID or device authentication: used locally when you enable app lock.
Information we do not sell
We do not sell your recordings, transcripts, contacts, or personal information. We do not use your stories for targeted advertising.
Your choices
You can edit, export, or delete recordings in the app. You can change device permissions in iOS Settings and disable iCloud protection in Full Days settings. Deleting the app may remove information stored only on that device; we recommend exporting irreplaceable recordings as an additional backup.
Children and safety
Full Days is not directed to children under 13. Reminders and check-ins are convenience features, not emergency monitoring, fall detection, medical advice, or a substitute for contacting emergency services.
